Black Tea
Tasting Notes
Strong and distinctively smooth nutty scorched aroma with cocoa and spice similarities.
About
Ruhuna tea is regarded as low-grown and located in the southern part of Sri Lanka. Ruhuna tea is considered a late bloomer within the tea industry. As late as the year 1900, Ruhuna’s first estates opened among the foothills of the central mountain massif. Previously, this area was devoted to cultivating spices - hence the pronounced spicy character of our tea today. Add some fresh ginger to bring these distinct characters to your cup. The perfect cup for those who like their tea thick and sweet (and maybe a little spicy).
Ingredients: Camellia Sinensis (Tea Leaf)
