About

This is a seasonal flush tea from the UVA region. This exclusive tea is only available in a small batch produced once a year. UVA is located in a unique geographical location in Sri Lanka that enjoys both of the monsoon seasons.  Therefore, we call this tea the “Monsoon Enchanter”. Seasonal Flush teas are the result of the monsoon phenomenon where the wind, sunshine and the earth of the land join hands to produce conditions that are conducive to this special creation process. Dry winds that fan the valleys and slopes support chilly nights and bright, dry days with infrequent light afternoon showers. This causes a concentrated flavour in the leaves as the tea plant undergoes stress and prepare for drought. The rigorous conditions develop a robust plant and flavour. The combination? A treat of a tea.

Ingredients: Camellia Sinensis (Tea Leaf)
